This Privacy Policy explains how One Brain (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the One Brain mobile and web application (the “Service”).

We do not intentionally collect precise location data or government identification numbers. Payment card details are not stored by us when subscriptions are purchased through app stores.

We use trusted cloud providers to store and process data. For example, One Brain uses Google Firebase (authentication, database, and related services).

All users can request access, correction, export, or deletion of their personal data.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your data or request account deletion.
One Brain is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice in the app.
